🍦 Classic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Why We Love It: Timeless and versatile, vanilla bean ice cream is the perfect base for toppings or pies and delicious all by itself.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 1 vanilla bean (or 2 tsp pure vanilla extract)

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Heat the milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla bean (split and scraped) until warm, but not boiling.

  2. Remove from heat, let it steep for 30 minutes, then add cream.

  3. Chill thoroughly in the fridge, then churn in your ice cream maker. Freeze for 2–4 hours.

🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Why We Love It: This one tastes like summer in a bowl—sweet berries, creamy tang, and little bites of graham cracker crunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • ⅔ cup sugar (divided)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Crushed graham crackers (optional, for mix-in)

Instructions:

  1. Toss strawberries with ⅓ cup sugar and lemon juice. Let sit for 15 minutes, then mash.

  2. Blend cream cheese, remaining sugar, milk, cream, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Add mashed berries and churn. Fold in graham crackers before freezing.

🍫 Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
